I ran a 6-person HighLevel agency for 4 years. Every Monday morning my reps would open HighLevel, sort the new leads by date, and start dialing top-down.

By Friday they had spoken to maybe 20% of them. The other 80% — every single time — were tire-kickers, coupon hunters, or wrong-number form-fills. We were burning two reps on noise and missing the people who actually wanted to buy.
